Sales Terms and Conditions

Please read these Sales Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order through the Lexy Hong Kong Official Online Store.

Applicability

These Sales Terms and Conditions (“Sales Terms”) apply because you are using the Lexy Hong Kong Official Online Store (“Lexy Hong Kong Website”), digital experiences, social media platforms, mobile applications, wearable technology, or any of our other products or services (as applicable), all of which form part of the Lexy Platform (“Platform”). These Sales Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KDI Trading Ltd and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Lexy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the sale of products. Lexy may amend these Sales Terms without notice and post the updated version on the Platform. The Sales Terms posted on the Platform at the time you place an order will apply to that purchase. Please review these terms carefully and ensure your order details are complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you believe there is an error, please contact us. Lexy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Sales Terms by reference.

Ordering on the Platform

Order Eligibility

To place an order on the Platform, you must meet the legal age as stipulated by Hong Kong law and be a consumer, not a reseller.

Prohibition of Resale

The Platform is intended solely for Lexy to sell Lexy products and other branded products directly to end consumers. Purchasing products for resale is strictly prohibited. Resale refers to the act of selling or promising to sell Lexy products to others (consumers, businesses, or any third party). If Lexy has reasonable grounds to believe your purchase is intended for resale, constituting a breach of the contract (as defined below) and/or these Sales Terms, Lexy reserves the right to take any action against you, including but not limited to restricting sales to you, canceling your orders, prohibiting the use of specific credit cards, and/or suspending or closing your account.

How to Order

You need a valid email address to place an order, and you may need to configure your browser to accept (functional) cookies and pop-ups to utilize all Platform features, including designing customized products (if applicable), adding items to your cart, and submitting orders. Upon submitting an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order and, if applicable, an invoice. We will issue an order confirmation notice (“Order Confirmation”) to confirm acceptance of your order. At this point, a contract incorporating these Sales Terms (“Contract”) is formed and becomes binding on both you and us. We recommend printing or downloading these Sales Terms and the relevant Order Confirmation for future reference. If we are unable to supply a product, we will notify you and cease processing the order.

Our Right to Reject Your Order or Terminate the Contract

Fulfillment of all orders on the Platform is subject to product availability. We expressly reserve the right to reject your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to terminate the Contract in the following circumstances, in which case we will issue a full refund but bear no liability for damages or costs:

  • Product is out of stock/unavailable;
  • Your order details are incorrect or unverifiable;
  • Your order is flagged as unusual by our security systems;
  • We do not receive your bank transfer payment within the specified payment deadline after receiving your order (as indicated on the Lexy Hong Kong Website or as reminded by Lexy);
  • We have reasonable grounds to believe you do not meet the legal age stipulated by Hong Kong law;
  • We have reasonable grounds to believe you are purchasing products for resale;
  • There is an error in the price displayed on the Platform;
  • We are unable to deliver to the provided address;
  • Due to events beyond our control (as defined below);
  • Typographical, pricing, or other errors or mistakes appear in the Platform information.

Data Verification

By submitting your order, you agree that we may conduct checks we deem reasonable, including address verification and fraud checks. We will investigate suspected fraudulent activity and reserve the right to take further action.

Transfer of Ownership

The risk of loss and title for products purchased from Lexy transfers to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

Pricing and Payment

Payment Methods

Available payment methods are listed on the Payment Information page of the Lexy Hong Kong Website. We do not accept any payment methods other than those specified. Please do not attempt to pay by other means. We will not be liable for any payment losses or damages resulting from such attempts.

Payment Processing

For credit/debit card payments, we will deduct the payable amount from your account. For bank transfer payments (applicable only to special orders or as otherwise agreed), we will commence shipping upon receipt of your payment, which may take several days (not applicable to customized design orders or special orders as otherwise agreed). If we do not receive payment within the specified payment deadline after you submit your order, your purchase will be automatically canceled (as indicated on the Lexy Hong Kong Website or as reminded by Lexy). Payments are processed only when billing information can be verified.

Prices and Currency

Product prices displayed on the Platform are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable. Shipping costs for individual orders are calculated separately. Refer to the Logistics Policy page on the website for shipping details.

Total Price

The total price, including shipping costs, is listed on the final checkout screen. This price will be recorded in the Order Confirmation, which we recommend you print or download for future reference. For credit card payments, the total order amount will be reflected in your statement in the selected currency. If your local currency differs from HKD, your bank will apply the exchange rate on the purchase date, which may differ from rates we cannot control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you select “Cash on Delivery,” you must pay the full order amount in HKD, as stated on the delivery confirmation, before opening the package and inspecting the items. The COD amount, collected by SF Express, will be rounded to the nearest whole number.

Price Changes

Product prices are as displayed on the Platform and may change from time to time. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed in an Order Confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery – When and Where

We do not ship on certain public holidays. Refer to the relevant website pages for information on delivery dates, times, and methods. Delivery addresses must be residential, office, or designated third-party partner addresses listed on the Logistics Policy page to complete order delivery.

Split Deliveries

Where possible, we aim to deliver all items ordered simultaneously. However, as products may ship from different distribution centers, orders may be delivered in batches. We reserve the right to split orders for delivery, e.g., if some items are delayed or out of stock. If we split your order, we will notify you via the email provided during ordering. No additional shipping fees will be charged.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, inspect the packaging for damage. If products appear damaged, do not accept the delivery.

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping

If your purchase exceeds the free shipping threshold, you are eligible for free “standard shipping” or a discounted “express” option (if applicable). Other conditions may also qualify you for free shipping. Refer to the Logistics Policy page for details on free shipping thresholds and applicable discounted shipping fees (if any).

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellation and Changes Before Shipment

You may attempt to cancel or amend an order before shipment (not applicable to pre-orders, customized design orders, or special orders as otherwise agreed). To cancel, contact us to check your order status. If the status is “not shipped,” you may request cancellation by contacting us. Refunds are generally issued as Lexy Store Credit (see the Payment Information page for details). In certain cases, we may refund to the original payment method, subject to an administrative fee of HKD 50 or 10% of the refund amount, whichever is higher. Upon cancellation confirmation, our customer service team will liaise with the warehouse to process the request. You will receive a confirmation email if successful. If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and delivery will proceed as normal.

Returns After Delivery – Product Description Issues

If the product received does not match your order, you are entitled to a return or exchange, without prejudice to your statutory rights. If your claim is valid, we will retrieve the non-conforming product, verify it is in brand-new, unopened condition with intact packaging suitable for resale, and resend the correct product. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued as Lexy Store Credit. Refer to the Refund Policy page for practical return information. Products meeting the Lexy Hong Kong Website’s return criteria may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the receipt date (per the Order Confirmation date) and within the product warranty period, if applicable. Orders from regions outside Hong Kong and Macau are also eligible for returns, with costs including but not limited to shipping, customs duties, and clearance fees borne by the customer. All additional fees will be collected in full before reshipment.

Exceptions

  • Return deadlines for priority access and specific special edition products may differ; refer to individual event details.
  • Returns must comply with Lexy’s return standards and procedures. Three days after the receipt date indicated by the third-party logistics provider, the product is deemed accepted with no visible defects and complete accessories. Except for original manufacturing quality issues, no returns or exchanges are permitted post-purchase.
  • Certain products related to personal hygiene and health (e.g., underwear) are non-returnable except for quality issues; refer to specific product page information. Lexy retains final decision rights.
  • Store Credit is non-returnable. See Lexy Store Credit Terms and Conditions for details.
  • For certain promotional orders, all products in the order must be returned for a refund; partial returns are not accepted. Refer to individual event details.
  • If Lexy reasonably determines a returned product is not an original Lexy product, no refund will be issued, and the returned product will be retained as evidence. Lexy reserves all legal rights.
  • Return Application Deadline: If the return is not shipped within 14 days of our return instruction email, it will be deemed abandoned, and no further return applications for the same product will be accepted.

Refund Information

Refunds are generally issued as Lexy Store Credit. In specific cases (applicable only to special orders or as otherwise agreed), refunds may be returned to the original payment method. You may need to provide necessary information to facilitate the refund. Refer to the Refund Policy page for practical information on returns and refund timelines.

Events Beyond Our Control

Events beyond our control refer to any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions by third parties, civil commotion, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats, war (declared or undeclared) or threats/preparations for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, other natural disasters, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If an event beyond our control affects our performance of obligations under these Sales Terms:

  • a) We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable;
  • b) Our obligations under these Sales Terms will be suspended, and the time for performance will be extended accordingly.

If an event beyond our control affects product delivery, we will arrange a new delivery date after the event concludes. If you no longer wish to receive the products due to such an event, you may terminate the Contract. Refer to the cancellation terms above for your termination rights.

Other Important Terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under the Contract to another organization, but this will not affect your rights or obligations under these Sales Terms. You may transfer your rights or obligations under these Sales Terms to another person only with our prior written consent.

These Sales Terms are proprietary to Lexy. Unless expressly agreed in writing by us, unauthorized use is prohibited, and Lexy reserves all legal rights.
