Sales Terms (Effective September 16, 2024)
Read these Sales Terms before ordering from Lexy Hong Kong’s official online store.
Applicability
These Sales Terms apply when using Lexy Hong Kong’s online store or other platforms. They form a binding agreement between you and KDI Trading Ltd (“Lexy”). Lexy may update these terms without notice. The terms posted at the time of your order apply. Review your order details before submission. Contact us if there’s an error. Lexy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are included.
Ordering on the Platform
Order Eligibility
You must be of legal age in Hong Kong and a consumer, not a reseller.
Prohibition of Resale
Buying products for resale is prohibited. Lexy may restrict sales, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if resale is suspected.
How to Order
You need a valid email and may need to enable cookies/pop-ups. After ordering, you’ll receive an email confirmation and later an Order Confirmation, forming a binding contract. Save these for reference. If a product is unavailable, we’ll notify you.
Our Right to Reject or Terminate
We may reject orders or terminate contracts for reasons like stock issues, incorrect details, fraud, or resale suspicion. You’ll receive a full refund without further liability.
Data Verification
We may verify your address or check for fraud and take action if fraud is suspected.
Transfer of Ownership
Risk and title transfer to you when products are handed to the carrier.
Price/Payment
Payment Methods
Use only payment methods listed on the Lexy HK Website. Other methods are not accepted.
Payment Processing
Credit/debit card payments are deducted immediately. Bank transfers delay shipping until payment is received. Non-payment within the deadline cancels the order.
Price and Currency
Prices are in HKD, including VAT if applicable. Shipping is calculated separately.
Total Price
The final checkout price includes shipping. Save the Order Confirmation. Your bank sets the exchange rate for non-HKD payments.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay the full amount in HKD before opening the package. Amounts are rounded.
Price Changes
Prices may change but won’t affect confirmed orders.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery - When and Where
No shipping on some holidays. Only listed addresses are valid for delivery.
Partial Delivery
Orders may ship in batches if items are from different centers. You won’t pay extra shipping.
Delivery Inspection
Check packaging on delivery. Reject damaged items.
Shipping Fees
Free Shipping
Free standard delivery or discounted express delivery applies if you meet the threshold. Check the Logistics Policy page.
Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation Before Shipping
You may cancel before shipping (except pre-orders or special orders). Refunds are usually gift cards; original method refunds incur a fee. Contact us to confirm.
Returns After Delivery
Return non-conforming products within 30 days if they meet criteria. Returns must be unopened and resalable. Refunds are gift cards if stock is unavailable. Some products (e.g., hygiene items, gift cards) are non-returnable. Check the Refund Policy page.
Refund Information
Refunds are usually gift cards, or to the original method for special orders. Provide necessary details. See the Refund Policy page for timelines.
Events Beyond Our Control
Events like strikes or disasters may delay obligations. We’ll notify you and extend timelines. You may cancel if delays persist.
Other Important Terms
We may transfer our rights to another organization. You need our consent to transfer yours. Unauthorized use of these terms is prohibited.
