Contract Details

Availability of Goods

All orders are subject to stock availability until we issue a Dispatch Confirmation to you. In case of supply difficulties or stock shortages, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute goods of equal or higher quality than those ordered.

Order Refusal

We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website.We will always endeavor to process all orders, but in exceptional circumstances, we may be unable to process your order after sending you a Receipt, and we reserve the right to decide at any time that we cannot process your order.If we withdraw any goods from this website (whether sold or not), remove or edit any content on this website, or refuse to process or accept any order after sending you a Receipt, we will not be liable to you or any other third party as a result.

Returns and Exchanges

Order Processing

All orders must confirm that the order details and payable amount are accurate. Once payment is made, it signifies that the order has been created, and we reserve the right not to accept requests to amend or cancel the order.
For all orders paid via bank transfer, any additional fees charged by the bank are fully borne by the customer.
Orders will only be shipped after full payment is received and confirmed by us.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including but not limited to delayed delivery, additional shipping fees charged by the courier, or failure to deliver the parcel, the Company shall not be responsible.

Payment Processing

If you pay using a credit/debit card, we will deduct the payable amount from your account. If you pay via bank transfer (applicable only to bulk purchase orders or special orders agreed upon separately), we will begin processing after receiving your payment, which may take more than one day.

If we do not receive payment within the specified payment period after you submit your order, your purchase will be automatically canceled (the payment period is based on the actual conditions displayed on our website). We will only process payments when billing information can be verified.

Price Changes

The price of products will be as displayed on our website. Prices may change from time to time, but such changes will not affect any orders already confirmed in an order confirmation.
