Lexy Care + Extended Warranty Service Features

After the original factory warranty expires, Lexy Care + can extend the warranty for up to 12 months*. During the Lexy Care + warranty period, if an electrical or mechanical malfunction occurs, you can enjoy a one-time direct replacement with the same brand-new product; or, if the product is discontinued, you may have the opportunity to pay the price difference to upgrade to a similar product. The coverage amount is 30% of the product’s purchase price*.

 

Customers can apply for a replacement at the return and exchange center during the extended warranty period.
